Update: The M1 in Derbyshire has lanes 3 and 4 closed northbound between J29 and J29a near (Chesterfield) due to a multi vehicle collision.
National Highways resources have been deployed to scene to assist with a fuel spillage. National Highways Traffic Officers also remain on scene to assist with traffic management.
There are currently delays of 60 minutes and approx.9 miles of congestion.
