There are delays on the approach to the incident this morning 25 April.
Lanes are closed to wait for vehicle recovery.
National Highways said:
‘Two lanes (of four) remain closed on the M1 northbound in Nottinghamshire between J24a (A50, Derby) and J25 (Nottingham) following a collision.
‘Recovery is yet to take place.
