A brand new Mediterranean wood-fired kitchen and family restaurant will soon be opening Cotgrave.
Strezza is a light and airy family restaurant specialising in wood-fired pizza and tapas.
Strezza is a wood-fired Mediterranean kitchen and family restaurant, serving Neapolitan style pizzas, dishes inspired from across the Mediterranean and daily specials using locally sourced ingredients.

The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Strezza will also be serving delicious cocktails, wines, beer, coffee and more, all inspired by the Mediterranean and made in Nottinghamshire.

Richard Miller: Over 30 years experience as a Chef. He was the head chef of Felicini West Bridgford. Which then turned into Mudcrab. Which then he became General manager, looking after both the kitchen and front of house.
Alex Fuge: Alex owns several venues across Nottingham. The nearest ones to Strezza, are the popular The Parlour and The Parlour Garden both in West Bridgford.
Alex told us:
‘Between us both, we bring a vast amount of experience, which we’ll be using to make Strezza a successful venue.
‘We’re a family-run wood fired kitchen and restaurant serving brilliant food in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.
‘We’re all about championing amazing local produce, always bringing something new to our menus and in turn – hope you’ll make new discoveries for your tables and tastebuds at home too.’
Strezza opens soon and is located at Cotgrave Hub.
