A man has been charged with manslaughter following an altercation in Skegness, after which a 21-year-old woman died.

Rennforde Fletcher, 53, of St Ann’s, Nottingham, appeared at Nottingham Crown Court on Thursday 20 August, where he was released on bail with conditions pending a plea hearing on 9 September.

Minnie Jarrett was allegedly punched during an altercation outside Buster’s Bar on Grand Parade in Skegness at around 1am on Sunday 9 August. The woman was taken to hospital but sadly died on 15 August. Our thoughts are with her family, who are being supported by specially trained officers.
