Nottingham man charged after woman suffers injuries in ‘domestic incident’

A 29-year-old man has been charged with actual bodily harm (ABH) in connection with an incident in Hyson Green.

The force were called on 27 September following a report of a domestic incident.

Detective Sergeant Katie Hurrell is leading the investigation. She said: “Officers were quickly on the scene to arrest the man in connection with the incident.

“A woman suffered injuries to her head and body.”

Jordan Baxter has now been charged with ABH and remanded in custody after appearing at Nottingham Magistrates Court and pleading guilty to the offences.

He will appear at Nottingham Crown Court on 21 October 2020.
