Nottingham Rugby Club opens fanzone for England v Senegal at City Ground

West Bridgford – Nottingham Rugby Club will open the doors to its popular Forest Fan Zone when England host Senegal at Nottingham Forest’s City Ground on Tuesday 10 June, for what is a highly anticipated men’s international fixture for the city.

The Forest Fan Zone is a staple for fans of Nottingham Forest throughout the regular season, becoming a preferred destination for people to meet and socialise pre and post-match. Hosted at The Bay, home to Nottingham Rugby, fans can enjoy music from our live DJ and watch live sports on the big 4K screens,  as well as enjoy food and drink, all with ample parking.

England will take on Senegal in a historic international friendly at the City Ground on 10th June – marking the first time England have played a fixture at the home of Nottingham Forest in 84 years. Forest fans will also hope to see familiar faces on the pitch for England, with Morgan Gibbs-White in contention to wear the England jersey once more following his recent introduction into the squad

For Nottingham Rugby Club Chairman Alistair Bow, having the Forest Fan Zone open for such an historic moment for the city of Nottingham is a special occasion for both the club and the fans.

“We’re proud of Nottingham’s sporting heritage and our Fan Zone has become a popular destination for fans on match days to enjoy food and drinks in a family friendly environment before watching the action live at the City Ground”.
