Detectives investigating a series of robberies and assaults in Nottingham city centre have charged two suspects.
Four people were left with an array of injuries after being attacked during separate incidents in the space of eight days.
Two of the victims were also robbed, while attempts were made to steal from a third while they were stricken on the floor.
Each of the violent incidents took place either in or on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre, between 12 June and 19 June.
Police have charged two suspects in connection with these offences, while they are now appealing for information about a fifth assault too.
The first attack saw a vulnerable man targeted by two people while he was walking through the city centre along Carrington Street.

He broke his collar bone after being punched in the face – around 11.10pm on 12 June – while his phone and money were taken from his pockets.
A 17-year-old boy was then left with a black eye and a swollen cheek after being robbed in the Lace Market on 14 June, around 2.30pm.
The victim was punched and kicked during the incident, before being made to hand over two necklaces, headphones and a wallet.
Another 17-year-old boy was then struck to the ground a day later (15 June) around 2 am, in Milton Street, before having his pockets rifled through.

A bag recovered from the scene by police soon afterwards was found to contain a machete.
A further attack was also reported in Waverley Street, Arboretum, around 12.30am on 19 June, during which a man was assaulted and put in a headlock.
Police have charged two suspects in connection with the series of violent incidents, while they are also investigating a fifth attack.
This took place minutes after the one in the early hours of 19 June, with two people repeatedly punching a lone man in the face, in Forest Road East, Arboretum.
Police are trying to track down the victim of the attack – at the crossroads with Waverley Street and Mount Hooton Road – while they also want to speak to anyone else targeted in the same way.
Detectives have charged two suspects – Pharrell Renshaw, 19, and an unnamed 16-year-old boy – in connection with the other four incidents.
Renshaw has been charged with two robberies, assault with intent to commit robbery, intentional strangulation, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, possessing a knife in public, and criminal damage.
The other suspect – who can’t be named for legal reasons – has been charged with robbery, assault with intent to commit robbery, and criminal damage.
Both suspects attended Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (28 June) and will next attend Nottingham Crown Court on 25 July.
Renshaw, of Teasel Close, Ruddington, has been remanded into custody until then, while the unnamed teenager has been released on bail with strict conditions.
Detective Constable Andre Foster, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“We hope news of the charges announced today provides the public with some reassurance following this series of violent incidents.
“Robbery, assault and other acts of violence will never be tolerated by this police force, so we will always look to put anyone suspected of being involved before the courts.
“These types of offences can cause long-lasting damage to the people who are impacted – not just from any physical injuries inflicted but from an emotional standpoint too.
“On that note, we’re still in the process of trying to identify someone who was assaulted in Arboretum during the early hours of 19 June, so if that was you, please make yourself known to us.
“We also want to hear from anyone else who has been the victim of an assault in Nottingham city centre recently but hasn’t reported it to the police.
“If this was you, please contact the police on 101, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, so that we can take action.”
