Emergency services are in attendance in Victoria Street in Nottingham city centre following a report of a collision involving a man and a tram.
Police were called at around 8.45pm this evening (Wednesday 7 October) after a man was reported to have been injured in the collision.
Inspector Charlotte Allardice, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Officers are working to establish the circumstances of the incident while a man is treated at the scene for his injuries.
“The extent of his injuries are not yet known and it is expected that Victoria Street will remain closed for some time until the road is clear.”
