Nottingham Tram season tickets up over 9% – or use NetGo App to freeze prices

Season ticket prices for NET tram travel are set to go up.

NET say the increase is the first since 2019.

The normally annual change will come in from Sunday 27th June, and still represents the best value for money option for regular commuters.

Adult season ticket increases range from £55 up to £60 for one month to £525 up to £550 for a year when bought online, over the phone or at a travel centre.

Customers could choose to continue paying the same prices by buying their tickets through the NETGO! app, with comparable increases of £50 up to £55 and £495 up to £525.

The same applies for student tickets and under-19 tickets, where increases of between £5 and £12.50 on tickets between one month and one year could be avoided by buying through NETGO!

NET’s Marketing Manager Stephanie Moss-Pearce said: “Our season tickets continue to represent good value for money for people using the tram on a regular basis and we haven’t increased prices since 2019. Customers can get the best possible value season ticket option buy purchasing through our NETGO! app which effectively holds the costs at 2019 prices.”
