Winds will be light from the west or west-south-west, keeping conditions calm but crisp as the day gets under way.

Midday
As the morning progresses, bright and sunny conditions are expected to develop and continue through late morning into midday. Temperatures will rise slowly to around 3 or 4°C by lunchtime. Winds will remain light to moderate from the west, and the weather will stay dry with excellent visibility.

Afternoon
The afternoon looks settled and bright, with plenty of sunshine and only limited cloud developing later. Temperatures will peak at around 5°C, making it a cool but pleasant afternoon for the time of year. Winds will freshen slightly from the west, though conditions will remain dry and largely calm.

Evening
During the evening, cloud will gradually increase, but dry conditions are expected to continue. Temperatures will fall from around 4°C early in the evening towards 3°C and closer to freezing later at night. Winds will turn more west-south-westerly and become moderate, particularly later in the evening, adding a chill for those out celebrating.
