Thursday will feel cooler and more unsettled, with showers dominating the late morning and afternoon before drier and calmer conditions return later in the evening.

The day will begin largely dry with some bright intervals. Temperatures will start around 12°C at dawn, climbing gradually to 16°C by 09:00. Winds will freshen from the south-southwest, becoming moderate by mid-morning, while visibility remains very good.

By midday, cloud will increase and rain will begin to spread in. Showers will turn more persistent around late morning and early afternoon, with the chance of rainfall rising to 60 per cent by noon and up to 80 per cent between 13:00 and 14:00. Temperatures will reach 19°C but the damp conditions and breezy south-westerly winds will make it feel cooler.

In the afternoon, rain will remain frequent, particularly from early to mid-afternoon when the likelihood of showers stays high at around 70–80 per cent. Temperatures will ease slightly to 18°C, and winds will stay brisk from the southwest.

During the evening, conditions will begin to improve. Rainfall chances will reduce steadily from 60 per cent at 18:00 down to 10 per cent by late evening. Temperatures will slip from 17°C at 19:00 to 13°C by 23:00. Winds will also ease a little, though still blowing from the southwest.
