Nottinghamshire Police off-road team were out on patrol across beat areas on Friday 9 December, including at Narrow Lane in Watnall.
Police have been receiving a high number of calls recently about unlicensed off-road bikes causing danger and nuisance on the roads, footpaths and private land in this area.
Police said:
‘No off-roaders were seen today but police will continue to target this location over the coming weeks and months.
‘Police have powers to seize any uninsured motorbikes or other vehicles caught on a road or in a public place, which could result in them being crushed and the riders facing heavy fines.’
