Police have released an image of a person they wish to trace after a woman was assaulted in McDonald’s.
The incident happened on Thursday 1 January at around 2.50am at the McDonald’s restaurant in Angel Row.
Police said:
‘The victim, aged 18, was in the restaurant when she was hit in the eye with a water bottle, causing significant injury to her face and eye.


‘We have carried out a number of lines of inquiry to find the person responsible and have now released an image of a person who could help further our investigation.
‘We are calling on the public’s help to identify them.
‘Anyone with information is asked to call us on 101, quoting occurrence number 26*11107 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.’
