Rushcliffe Borough Council’s (RBC) Home Alarms Service provides security, reassurance and independence for you and your loved ones.
A pendant is worn on a neck cord or wrist with a trigger that can be pressed to raise an alarm and request assistance in the event of a medical or other emergency.
It’s a lifeline that helps enable residents to live independently in their own homes, knowing that help is no more than a press of a button away.
Hundreds of people across Rushcliffe and neighbouring areas already use the service, which has on average achieved a remarkable 100% customer satisfaction over the last nine years, highlighting how it continues to give peace of mind to so many.
Those who use the service fed back that they were completely satisfied with RBC’s Housing Support administration team when they had the need to use the facility.
The Home Alarm system is future-proof and designed to evolve with the changing healthcare landscape, whilst allowing straightforward operation with easy, intuitive controls, giving users greater confidence.
It gives so much extra comfort to residents and their families, ensuring they can stay even safer in their own homes and that help is at hand if they need it at the press of a button.
All for under £6 a week, the Home Alarms Service is accessible to residents living in Rushcliffe and other surrounding areas of Nottinghamshire, with free demonstrations available.
