Savills moves Nottingham office to Standard Court in the city

International real estate advisor Savills has completed the relocation of its Nottingham office to the Cubo workspace at Standard Court in the city.

Savills, which previously occupied space at Enfield Chambers on Low Pavement, has agreed a new six-year lease on a 32-desk office space in one of the newest office buildings in Nottingham.

Standard Court, which opened in October 2023 following a comprehensive refurbishment, is located on the Royal Standard Place development, close to The Park Estate. The former Nottingham General Hospital headquarters boasts an elevated position and 360views over the city.

The largest building in the Cubo portfolio, it includes 50,000 sq. ft of office accommodation arranged over four floors, with 630 desks available. It also features a gym, with a spa set to open later in the year.

Victor Ktori, head of Savills Nottingham said: “The East Midlands is a significant regional location for us, and this move within the city centre reinforces our commitment to Nottingham and the wider region.

“Serviced offices are becoming increasingly popular amongst our client base as they provide high-quality amenities, ready-to-use spaces and the ability to scale up if required, and this flexibility and adaptability really appealed to us.

“Our people and their expertise are at the heart of everything we do and it is crucial that we continue to offer them the best possible way of working and the highest quality environment in which to do this.

“We have carefully considered our options and the quality offering from Cubo will allow our multi-disciplined team to be collaborative whilst benefitting from on-site opportunities to network, exercise and socialise. We are certain this move will help us continue to attract the best talent, whilst offering an impressive new home for our existing team which will help to foster positive wellbeing and a happy, hardworking culture.”

Marc Brough, CEO of Cubo, added: “We are delighted to welcome Savills to the impressive Standard Court, which combines a fantastic city centre location, with the highest quality accommodation and a range of amenities that progressive businesses now need to be able to attract and retain the best talent.

“To secure a deal with Savills is a real vote of confidence in the Cubo offer and comes hot on the heels of a record-breaking half year, which saw us complete more than 600 new desk deals.”

The Savills Nottingham team offers a full range of property services across commercial, development and residential specialisms.
