Sherwood: Image released after man goes on ‘rampage’ in pub

Police investigating after a man caused thousands of pounds worth of damage at a pub have released images of three people they want to speak to.

Officers were called to The Pillar Box, in Mansfield Road, Sherwood, Nottingham, after reports an offender walked into the pub and became aggressive.

He damaged a number of items, including repeatedly striking a glass door and window with a chair, at around 6.20pm on 2 December 2023.

Officers are now in a position to release these images of a group of people who could have important information about what happened.

Police Constable Harry Ford, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:

“This rampage has cost a local business a significant amount of money so we are determined to catch the man responsible.

“We believe the three people pictured could be able to help with our investigation so I would urge them, or anyone who knows them, to get in touch.”
