Starbucks Drive Thru and Sainsbury’s Local open at business park

Castle Donington’s brand-new Sainsbury’s Local and Starbucks Drive-Thru are now fully open and operational at Stud Brook Business Park.

Just weeks after developers Clowes announced the practical completion of the buildings, the well-known brands have moved in and completed their fit-out programme which enabled them to begin trading before the end of February.

James Richards, Development Director at Clowes Developments (UK) Limited said:

“Having a Starbucks Drive-Thru and Sainsbury’s Local now open to customers has provided much needed amenity for the area, having these conveniences available for employees and visitors at the business park is such a benefit.”

Stud Brook Business Park, a high-quality scheme at Castle Donington will include units ranging from 8,500 to 30,000sq ft catering for small and medium-sized businesses. Stud Brook will also accommodate larger national operators with recognised household names which are set to be announced in due course.

Elsewhere on the business park, Unit 7, a 20,000sq ft unit at the front of the business park has achieved practical completion with the announcement of its new occupiers expected imminently.

Unit 2, a 22,000sq ft stand-alone unit has also achieved practical completion and is now being marketed to potential leasehold occupiers. Units 3A, an 8,800 sq ft unit and 6B, another 22,000 sq ft unit are also nearing practical completion and will be ready for occupation within the next few months.

Additionally, Plot 1 comprises of five trade counter units ranging in size from 3,200 to 4,600 sq ft, with planning consent obtained, Clowes Developments will be instructing Roe Developments to begin construction from as early as April this year, these units will also be available on a leasehold basis.
