Police say the vehicle is a 2003 Mitsubishi.
Police said:
‘A black and silver two tone Mitsubishi L200 Animal (2003 version) has been seen at 1445 hours 10/03/2020 at MANOR FARM MEADOW, EAST LEAKE attempting to steal a caravan.
‘The same vehicle was successful in stealing a trailer from a building site at LOUGHBOROUGH ROAD, RUDDINGTON on 11/03/2020 at approx 1800 hours.
‘This vehicle is distinctive as it has after-market roof bars.

‘Please be vigilant and secure any caravans, trailers, machinery and such like.
‘Please can owners of any CCTV in the locality check their systems.
‘Any information on the above vehicle or its occupants please call 101 quoting incident 0159_12032020.’
