Police are appealing for information after a 16-year-old boy was assaulted in Nottingham city centre.
Officers were called to Milton Street in Nottingham city centre at 6.28pm yesterday (Thursday) after the teenager sustained a stab wound to his arm.
His injury is not believed to be life-threatening or life-altering, and an investigation into what happened is ongoing.
Detective Sergeant Hannah Frame, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“We are working to understand what happened in the moments before, during, and after this incident and would like to appeal to any additional witnesses to come forward.
“We believe this incident started outside a fast-food restaurant before progressing inside and would have been witnessed by multiple people.
“To this end, I would like to appeal to anyone who has not already done so to come forward.
“Even the smallest piece of information could make all the difference in this investigation.”
Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting incident 621 of 28 November 2024.
