At The Nottingham Emmanuel Sixth Form our strong sense of community and high level of aspiration allow all students who study here to achieve their full potential.
Smaller class sizes, a wealth of exciting enrichment opportunities and a commitment to the very best pastoral care enable students to excel in their academic studies and to grow in their character and personal development.
We are tremendously proud of our continued academic success. In recent years, record numbers of students have achieved the ultimate A*-A grade and the progress made by our students exceeds national averages.
We have consistently been ranked amongst the top-performing Sixth Form centres in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire and our academic success puts us in the top 20% of Sixth Forms nationally.
We have an impressive number of students that gain places at the most prestigious national and international university destinations; from Oxford and Cambridge in the UK to Rhodes College, an Ivy League university in the USA.
We are equally proud of our excellent record of supporting students to secure highly competitive apprenticeship and employment positions.
The Sixth Form has been awarded the SSAT Educational Outcomes Award for ‘exceptional student progress in academic subjects’. This award was received in recognition of our students making significantly higher than national average progress in end of KS5 exams.
Emmanuel joined Archway Learning Trust in 2018 and now works closely with Bluecoat Aspley, Wollaton and Beechdale academies to offer an exceptional learning environment for its students.
The Sixth Form at The Nottingham Emmanuel School has experienced an increased demand for places, with a record number of students enrolling in September 2020. The window for September 2021 applications opens on 1st October 2020. Applications forms are available to download on our website.
