As part of a number of their rapid studio openings across the UK, TRIB3 is coming to Nottingham in early May.
Situated in the heart of the city in Carrington Street the 45-spot fitness studio will feature an onsite protein mixology bar, signature studio design and TRI training system: Treadmills, Resistance & Intensity.
TRIB3 is a high-intensity, unmissable group workout experience.
You’ll train across treadmills, resistance and intensity in our coach-led workouts burning up to 1,000 calories per session – with full heart rate tracking so you can see your results and track your progress. The workout is built on effort level, not fitness ability, so everyone can get next-level results.
The Nottingham TRIB3 studio is one of many opening across the country in 2022 and follows the successful launch of two new studios in Manchester, taking the total number of franchises to 16 worldwide.
