For the second day many services provided by Nottingham City Council are unavailable because of a power outage.
In an update at 2 pm on Friday 14 March the council said:
Due to a power outage at the Council’s HQ, a number of our systems are currently down. This is affecting our WIFI, phonelines, payment systems, and some online services.
We are expecting this disruption to continue over the weekend. Teams are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, and we’ll keep you posted and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If you have an appointment at Loxley House with the Council or DWP, this will need to be rearranged – please don’t come to Loxley House.
Appointments at the Council House, Old Market Square are still taking place.
