The A52 in Nottinghamshire is closed in both directions between the A6011 (Gamston) and A606 (Wheatcroft) due to a multi vehicle collision.
Emergency services, including Nottinghamshire Police and Ambulance Services are in attendance.
Diversion Routes
Road users are advised to follow the below non symbol led diversion on road signs if heading eastbound’.
- From the A52 (T) Wheatcroft Island, take the exit onto the A606 towards West Bridgford.
- Follow the A606 for 3.8 km and then turn right on to the A60 heading into Nottingham city centre.
- At the signalised junction with the A6520 Radcliffe Road, turn right.
- Continue along the A6520 and at the next main junction, turn right onto the A6011 heading east.
- Follow the A6011 until it re-joins the eastbound at Gamston Island.
Road users are advised to follow the below non symbol led diversion on road signs if heading westbound’.
- From the A52 (T) Gamston Island, take the exit onto the A6011 towards Nottingham.
- Follow the A6011 for approx. 2 km and at the signalised junction with the A6520 Radcliffe Road, turn left.
- Continue on the A6520 and at the next main junction. turn left onto the A60 heading south west.
- Follow the A60 until the left turn onto the A606 towards West Bridgford.
- Re-join the A52 (T) at the Wheatcroft Island.
