Wolds Wine Estate in Stanton-on-the-Wolds is opening a new 80-seat vineyard café on Friday 3 April.
The estate, which produces natural English wine and also offers glamping accommodation, has developed the café as part of its growing site in the Rushcliffe countryside near Keyworth.
The café overlooks the vineyard and orchards, with indoor and outdoor seating available. It will serve a menu focused on seasonal and locally sourced food.

Options will include coffee and cakes made using beans from Nottingham-based Stewart’s Coffee Roasters, alongside breakfasts, lunches, afternoon tea, cheese and charcuterie boards, and Sunday roasts. Drinks will include the estate’s own wines and ciders, as well as other beers, wines and spirits.
Co-founder and winemaker Rob Kalisiak said the café is intended to give visitors another way to spend time at the site, whether for a drink, a meal or to enjoy the setting.
The opening marks a further step in the estate’s development since the vineyard was planted in 2020. As well as wine production, the site now includes tours and tastings, glamping accommodation and a shop. The café also features a viewing window into the winery so visitors can see how the wine is made.

Co-founder Louise Kalisiak said the business has grown steadily over the past five years, with support from visitors, and the café adds another element to what is on offer.
The café and shop will open from 9am on Friday 3 April. A limited breakfast and lunch menu will be available over the opening weekend, with a full menu launching on Friday 10 April and Sunday roasts starting from 12 April.
Bookings are available online, with walk-ins also accepted. The site is accessible via public footpaths and cycle routes, and the café is open to families and dog owners.
