West Bridgford new homes on Wilford Fields completely sold out

In total, Wilford Fields saw 171 contemporary homes built, with 120 sold via open market sale while the remaining 51 were available through the housing association.

After seeing a huge demand for its newly built family houses, Linden Homes’ Wilford Fields development in West Bridgford is now completely sold out.

Since coming to market in 2018, Wilford Fields has proven hugely popular with more than a hundred buyers snapping up the contemporary properties located a few miles away from Nottingham.

Each of the homes feature a private rear garden and parking space.

With a range of local amenities and Wilford Lane Tram stop nearby, it is likely to appeal to commuters and first-time buyers.

Commenting on the sale of the final home, Linden Homes East Midlands’ Head of Sales and Marketing, Andrew Handslip, said: “After several years preparing, designing and building Wilford Fields, we are delighted to have received such an incredible amount of interest from buyers.

“The homes are located in the heart of a wonderful bustling Nottinghamshire town, and with the city centre close by, it makes the new community the perfect place for young adults, commuters and new families to start an exciting new chapter.”

Linden Homes, which forms part of the Vistry Group, delivered the scheme in partnership with local housing association Metropolitan Thames Valley. The two organisations are working together on numerous sites across the region to improve the supply of suitable housing.

In total, Wilford Fields saw 171 contemporary homes built, with 120 sold via open market sale while the remaining 51 were available through the housing association.

In addition to selling well, the development was recently accredited 5* Builder Status from the National House Building Council, meaning 90% or more of the new homeowners would recommend the scheme to family and friends.
