Gathering five year’s worth of sold house price data across the West Bridgford postcodes, Valley Road, Dovedale Road and Boundary Road have some of the highest-valued homes across the region.
Some of the lowest priced residential streets in West Bridgford include Yale House, Springfields and Kensal Court.
Professional fast sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the West Bridgford postcodes.
On Valley Road (NG2), three properties sold for an average of £1,595,833. Dovedale Road (NG2), 5 properties sold for an average of £1,423,000. Also, Boundary Road (NG2) saw three properties sell for an average of £1,074,133.
Some of the lowest-priced streets include Yale House (NG2) (where five properties sold for an average of £98,000), Springfields (NG2) (where six properties sold for an average of £112,419) and Kensal Court (NG2) (where three properties sold for an average of £114,333).
Commenting on the data Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “to keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Valley Road (NG2) sold for £1,837,500 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £80,000 and under on Yale House (NG2), Yale House(NG2) and Kensal Court (NG2).”
