West Bridgford’s Cheff announces its closure this week

The takeaway business has operated in West Bridgford for three years.

The business said in a statement:

‘So, the time has come for us to make the tough decision to close the doors at Cheff. We’ve had an AMAZING 3 years! Serving lady bay and the people of Rushcliffe their healthy food.

‘We’ve had our highs and lows, working all throughout the pandemic, supporting vulnerable people in the community, working with other passionate business’s, helping sports men and women, winning business of the year, working with Nottingham Forest, Trent Bridge cricket, British Gymnastics and so many others.

‘It’s been a crazy 3 years and we can’t thank the community enough for all the support since day 1.

‘Also a massive thank you to all the staff that have worked at Cheff, past and present, we couldn’t have done any of this without you.

‘All the marketing team and all our family and friends for their constant support and encouragement.

‘We are putting the business up for sale so there may be a chance they keep the shop and Cheff brand as it is but in the meantime This is our last week of opening- Thursday, Friday and Saturday 5-9.30pm so be sure to get your last Cheff order from us!

‘We’ve been given a new business opportunity and we can’t wait to start our new adventure – healthy food will always be our passion and it’s been a pleasure to provide that passion to so many people; but please wish us look for the future!
