Drivers in West Bridgford are being warned of overnight traffic restrictions on Wilford Lane next month.
Severn Trent Water will carry out works on Wilford Lane, from its junction with Loughborough Road to a point 80 metres in a westerly direction, on the evening of Monday 2 March 2026.
According to the Roadworks Bulletin issued by Notts Highways, the restriction will be in place from 8pm on Monday (2 March) until 5am on Tuesday (3 March).
During this time, a temporary one-way road closure will apply westbound only on the affected stretch of Wilford Lane.
The works are being carried out to replace a defective frame and cover in the carriageway.
A signed diversion route will be in place via the A60 Loughborough Road, Trent Bridge, London Road and Queens Road, before continuing along Sheriffs Way, Waterway Street West, Queens Drive and Clifton Boulevard.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time for their journeys and follow the signed diversion while the works are under way.
