Taylor Wimpey has begun work on a new development on the outskirts of Nottingham, bringing 254 homes to Bingham.
The development, to be named Bingham Gate, will provide a collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes designed to suit everyone from first time buyers to families.
The homebuilder received reserved matters planning from Rushcliffe Borough Council in April 2021. The first homes are expected to be available to buy from September 2021.
