Detectives are investigating after a teenage boy was stabbed in Clifton.
Note: Police have advised that they have amended the location from the skate park as earlier published to the area below after further information was gathered.
The boy, aged 16, was reportedly attacked in the Failsworth Close area shortly before 5.25pm yesterday (Sunday) and was taken to hospital for treatment.
His injuries are not described as life-threatening or life-altering in nature.
Officers are working to track down two suspects who left the scene on a black motorcycle.
Both are described as white males and about 5ft 10ins tall.
Detective Inspector Lisa Jones, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“We are working hard to track down the people responsible for this assault and are currently pursuing a number of lines of inquiry.
“To this end, we would like to hear from any additional witnesses who saw or heard any part of this incident.”
