A woman has been charged after a number of flats were evacuated when a fire broke out.
Officers and the fire service were called to Leamington Hall Flats, Stuart Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield, at 6.37pm on Friday following reports that one of the flats was on fire.
Anne-Marie Chadburn, 43, of Leamington Hall Flats, Stuart Street, was charged with arson and appeared via video-link at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Monday morning. She has been remanded in custody to appear again on 24 August 2020.
