The Fox & Crown in Sutton-in-Ashfield has reopened its doors to the public following a six-figure investment.
Located on Dalestorth Road, the popular Flaming Grill pub is officially welcoming guests back to experience the pub’s brand-new look from 23 May.
Key features of the investment include a transformed interior with sleek furnishings to create a warmer and more comfortable ambiance for guests, as well as major improvements to the toilets to showcase a more modern look and feel.

The Fox & Crown has also fully refurbished its garden area and installed 200 additional outdoor covers to provide even more customers with the chance to discover the pub’s epic food and drinks offering whilst making the most of the summer sunshine.
The Fox & Crown has unveiled a brand-new menu for customers to enjoy following the official reopening, with showstopping flame-grilled dishes ranging from a spicy Jerk Chicken Sizzler and Philly Thrill Burger, as well as epic desserts including Gooey Chocolate Caramel Belgian Waffles and Key Lime Pie.
To celebrate the relaunch, the Fox & Crown invited local residents Mark and Maureen Heppenstall to cut the ribbon marking the pub’s official opening. Mark and Maureen’s love story began at the Fox & Crown over four decades ago, having met when Maureen worked at the pub.
Ashley Pearson, general manager of the Fox & Crown, said: “The Fox & Crown is a vibrant pub in the heart of the local community in Sutton-in-Ashfield, and we’re delighted to be officially reopening our doors from 23 May.
