EARLY MORNING
The day will begin mostly cloudy but dry, with temperatures around 7°C at 6am before briefly dipping to around 3°C to 4°C in places. Winds will be moderate from the west-south-west at around 13 mph, with gusts reaching between 25 and 30 mph. The chance of rain remains very low at below five per cent.
MIDDAY
Through the late morning and midday period, brighter spells will develop with sunshine breaking through the cloud. Temperatures will steadily rise from around 9°C to approximately 11°C by midday. Westerly winds will strengthen slightly to around 16 mph with gusts reaching about 32 mph at times, making it feel breezy despite the sunshine.
AFTERNOON
The afternoon will remain largely dry with a mix of sunny spells and scattered cloud. Temperatures will hold around 11°C through much of the afternoon. Winds from the west will remain brisk at around 15 to 16 mph with gusts near 29 to 30 mph, maintaining a noticeable breeze.
EVENING
Clearer skies are expected during the evening with dry conditions continuing. Temperatures will fall from around 10°C early in the evening to about 6°C by late evening. Winds will ease slightly but remain moderate from the south-west to west-south-west at around 11 to 12 mph, with gusts between 24 and 26 mph. Overnight conditions remain dry with clearer spells.
