Picture appeal after doormen racially abused outside Nottingham bar

Officers have released images of a man they would like to speak to after two doormen were reportedly subjected to racist abuse.

The incident happened outside a bar in Upper Parliament Street shortly before 10pm on 7 February.

Police believe the man pictured in these images can help them with their investigation and have urged anyone who recognises him to come forward.

PC Toby Arnold, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:

“There is no place in society for any form of hate crime and we are treating this incident extremely seriously.

“Having reviewed CCTV footage, we are satisfied the man in this image will be able to assist our enquiries and would ask anyone who recognises him to make contact with us.”
