Police release image of two women after iPad fraud linked to hacked shopping account

An appeal has been launched after a woman’s online shopping account was hacked and fraudulently used to purchase an electronic tablet.

The victim was notified that a new iPad was on its way to a Post Office in Nottingham Road, Giltbrook, on 27 March.

The parcel containing the item was then collected by the victim before anyone else could intercept it.

Officers have been carrying out inquiries ever since and are now able to release an image of two women they believe could help further their investigation.
