Residents registered with Rushcliffe GP practices are invited to learn more about the future of healthcare in the area at a dedicated event on the changes and exciting advances already underway in local health and wellbeing services.
‘The Future of Healthcare in Rushcliffe’ takes place on Thursday, 11 June, from 11 am to 3 pm at Rushcliffe Arena. Delegates can book their free place through Eventbrite here to discover more about local services and get their health questions answered.
The event aims to enhance attendees’ knowledge of health and wellbeing, confidence, and resilience, and will support them to better engage with services provided by the NHS and its partners across Rushcliffe to get the most from every contact.
Attendees will be able to connect with local GPs and other health and care experts, voluntary sector groups, and representatives from Rushcliffe Borough Council to learn more about the shared vision for the future of health in the Borough.
Delegates can explore a range of service provider marketplace stalls offering information and advice on the local support available.
The event is set to feature a blend of talks, stalls, discussions, and a Q&A session on closer working across health, voluntary, and RBC services. It has been organised by the Patient Participation Groups linked to GP practices in Rushcliffe.
