Free circus skills sessions are being held at Victoria Embankment while the paddling pool remains temporarily closed.
Nottingham City Council has arranged the family activities with Circus Hub Nottingham during the summer holidays.
Children and young people will be able to try juggling, hula hooping, plate spinning, balancing and other circus tricks and games.
Sessions will take place on the football pitch next to the paddling pool on Tuesday 4 August from 13:00 to 15:00, Wednesday 5 August from 12:00 to 14:00, Thursday 6 August from 13:00 to 15:00 and Wednesday 12 August from 13:00 to 15:00.
A special aerial workshop will also be held on Wednesday 5 August, offering participants the opportunity to try trapeze, aerial silks and aerial hoop using Circus Hub Nottingham’s aerial rig.
All the activities are free and no booking information has been provided.
The council said the events had been organised to give families another reason to visit the park while work continues to reopen the paddling pool. No reopening date has yet been announced.
