Police are concerned for his safety and urgently want to hear from anyone who has seen him.
Kanen was reported missing from the Edwalton area having last been seen on the Sunday 16th August.
Kanen is likely to use public transport and frequent local parks in the West Bridgford and Ruddington area.
He is described as being 5ft 2in tall, slim build with short brown untidy hair. He was last seen wearing grey jogging bottoms and a neon pink shirt.
