Two people were taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash in Newark on Sunday evening (30 August).
Police were called to Churchill Drive at around 6pm.
The road was closed between Elizabeth Road and Pierson Street while officers carried out investigation work, with motorists advised to use alternative routes.
Churchill Drive has since reopened.
No further details about the collision or the condition of those injured have been released.
