The A52 between Wheatcroft Island and Gamston Roundabout will close overnight for three nights in July while maintenance work is carried out.
National Highways said the work will take place in both directions between 8pm and 6am on Thursday 9 July, Friday 10 July and Monday 13 July 2026.
The maintenance will include inspections and repairs to drainage, lighting and signs, along with vegetation clearance.
To allow the work to be completed safely, the A52 will be closed in both directions between Wheatcroft Island and Gamston Roundabout during the overnight working hours.
National Highways said three fully signed diversion routes will be in place while the closures are in force.
The stretch is a key route between West Bridgford, Gamston, Tollerton and the A606 Melton Road, and has previously been subject to overnight closures for maintenance and wider A52 junction improvement works.
Drivers are being advised to allow extra time if travelling through the area during the closures.
