Appeal after indecent exposure incident in Rushcliffe village pub – image released

Detectives have released images of a man they wish to trace after an indecent incident inside a pub.

The incident happened at The Tap and Run pub in Main Road in Upper Broughton at around 2.30pm on Saturday 28 December.

It was reported to police on January 8th.

A man has entered the pub and exposed himself to a woman before committing a sex act.

Extensive lines of inquiry including Automatic Number Plate Recognition has been used in an attempt to track down the person involved.

Officers have now released an image of a man that could help them further their investigation and are calling on the public’s help to identify him.

Detective Constable Lee Baxter, who is investigating the incident, said:

“Firstly, I would like to reassure the public we have carried out an extensive investigation to track down the person responsible for this crime.

“Unfortunately, all lines of inquiry have not resulted in any arrests for this incident.

“While this incident happened some time ago, we are still committed to ensuring the person responsible is caught.

“We have released images of a man that could help us with our inquiries.

“We are hoping that the public can help us identify him. Do you know the man in the picture? Are you the man in the picture? Please let us know as soon as possible.”
