Appeal after indecent exposure incidents on a Nottinghamshire golf course

A suspect was arrested minutes after a man is said to have exposed himself to passers-by.

Officers were called shortly before 10.30am on Monday (22 November) by a woman walking her dog across the Chilwell Manor golf course.

A 64-year-old man was arrested in nearby Dovecote Park on suspicion of indecent exposure. He was interviewed by officers and later released under investigation.

Sergeant Keith Parkes, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This was an upsetting incident for the victim we have spoken to and we are determined to understand more about what happened.

“We believe that two other women my have been approached by a man on the golf course and would like to speak to them further about what they saw.

“Nottinghamshire Police treats all offences of this nature extremely seriously and our investigation continues.”
