The rider had no insurance, reg plate, helmet or licence.
Nottinghamshire Roads Police said:
‘This bike tried to make off from Team 2 officers today ( Sunday 6 November ) but unfortunately ran out of talent and stalled before moving anywhere.
‘All this despite saying he would “Smoke” officers
‘Driver reported for no insurance, no licence, no reg plate and no helmet.’
