Police report that a man’s body has been recovered from the canal in Nottingham.
Officers from Nottinghamshire Police were called just before 10.25am today (Thursday 26 March 2020) to a report of a man’s body found in the Nottingham Canal in the city centre.
The circumstances are still being investigated. At this time we are currently treating the death as unexplained.
