A team of AAIB Inspectors has been sent to the scene of an air accident
A team of inspectors arrived on site early in the evening of that day to gather evidence and begin an investigation.
Emergency services were called after the light aircraft crashed onto fields east of Darlton Airfield, near Retford, at 12:23 on Wednesday 26 July.
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said it was called to the incident shortly after midday on Wednesday, and that fire crews would be assisting partner agencies.
