Nottingham City Transport will operate as normal throughout this period.
Nottingham City Transport said:
‘We are aware that tram services in Nottingham will be disrupted between Friday 27 September and Sunday 6 October 2024 due to industrial action.
‘Nottingham City Transport will be operating its existing timetables across its full Greater Nottingham network. You can plan your journey here or on the NCTX Buses app.
‘If you are heading to Goose Fair, we operate a frequent service to/from the City Centre (Parliament Street and Milton Street) on our Brown, Lime, Yellow and Purple Line services.
These buses drop off and pick up on Mansfield Road at Forest Gate.
In the City Centre, board these buses on Parliament Street or Milton Street.
NCT and Robin Hood pre-paid tickets are valid on all of these bus services, but holders of NET tram tickets will be required to pay the normal bus fare.
£8.50 Grouprider is available all day and covers up to 5 people, offering unlimited day travel for families and couples travelling together at prices cheaper than buying individual day tickets.
Adult: Single £2.00; All Day £5.30
Under 19: Single £1.70; All Day £3.20
Group (up to 5 people, min 1 adult, max 2 adults): £8.50
‘We accept contactless payments, as well as cash (exact fare) and you can also pay using the NCTX Buses app.
‘With limited trams running in Nottingham, this will lead to additional traffic on the roads and increased demand for our services.
‘Our teams will do their best to keep services moving during the disruption and we thank you for your patience.’
