A new health and fitness centre founded by Nottingham health experts has opened in Edwalton, bringing together state-of-the-art fitness, post-operative rehabilitation and private healthcare – all under one roof.
Balance Health Nottingham has launched the gym, with healthcare services opening soon.
The dedicated reformer space is home to classes for men and women of all ages and abilities.

Services already in full swing include the state-of-the-art gym powered by EGYM and Pulse Fitness technology, yoga and Mat Pilates, personal training, physiotherapy, Reformer Pilates, lifestyle health assessments and podiatry.

The centre has been created and funded by a group of local healthcare professionals, including consultant surgeons and clinical leaders, with a focus on improving how people access and manage their health.

Balance Health Nottingham is working in collaboration with a network of local and national partners including Rushcliffe Physiotherapy, Podcura Podiatry, Castle Orthopaedics, EGYM, ENIA Aesthetics, Pulse Fitness and Philos which has a brand new coffee shop onsite.

Gym memberships are just £65 per month and the centre is open 7 days a week.
