With an expansive 34-page dessert menu devised by former Masterchef: The Professionals contestant Keelan Burton, waffles, pancakes, ice-creams, cookie dough and milkshakes and many more will be on offer.
The 4,200 sq ft dessert parlour will be open daily from 10 am to 11:45 pm, allowing plenty of time to get your sugar fix!
Already an established name around Yorkshire, this will be the company’s eighth restaurant and the first outside its home county.
Owner Rassam Ali said:
“Beeston has such a thriving and growing community and we knew that Nottingham was more than perfect for our next venture.
“With such a diverse community that is thriving with dessert lovers all around. With the youth, students and families that populate this fine city, it means we can offer something new and exciting that we believe people would first be introduced to.
“It has taken us a long time to perfect this branch to match the unimaginable standards that we hold dear to our hearts.
“We have exceeded our budget three times to perfect our visions of the most luxurious restaurant that we plan to surprise the people of Beeston with. From all of us at Rassams Creamery we can’t wait to open our doors to everyone all year round!”
The multi-million pound Beeston Square development, masterminded by Broxtowe Borough Council, is already home to the Arc Cinema and The Beeston Social.
Zulf Darr, deputy chief executive of Broxtowe Borough Council, said:
“The Beeston Square development is going from strength to strength and it’s fantastic that a Yorkshire-based company has chosen our great town for its next venue.
“It’s all about making the town attractive and increasing footfall, and Rassam’s dessert bar will be a welcome addition to the fantastic venues already open in the development.
“There really will be something for everyone in Beeston.”
