Rushcliffe Social Prescribing announces the official launch of a brand-new Social Prescribing Community Hub in West Bridgford on Monday 23 September.
Location: West Bridgford Young People’s Centre, Bridgford Rd, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6AT
Opening Hours: Every Monday from 10 AM to 4 PM

Find out information, access resources or join us for a cuppa and a chat. Our vibrant hub is designed to enhance health and wellness within our community through a wide variety of activities.

To book your space on these activities you will need to be registered with a Rushcliffe GP and aged 18+.
