NCHA announces the date of an information event for potential home buyers in Nottingham.
Two affordable developments are being constructed and 49 homes will be available to purchase with the help of shared ownership.
A 50-home development off College Way in Bilborough is being constructed by Mercers Building Solutions and features a mix of two and three-bedroom homes – of which 24 will be available to purchase with the help of shared ownership.
There is another 82-home development off Daleside Road in between Sneinton and Colwick on the Virgin Media site.
This is being built by Geda construction and features a mix of two and three-bedroom homes – of which 25 will be available to purchase with the help of shared ownership.
Anna Campbell, Head of Sales at NCHA, said:
“Both developments have been designed by our in-house architects, Pelham. We’re committed to delivering affordable and economical design solutions; reducing carbon emissions and providing housing with low running costs.
“We are confident these homes will completely transform both sites and create thriving new communities.
“Potential buyers looking to find out more about these developments are invited to attend an information event, Wednesday 22 March at the Nottingham Council House in the Old Market Square.
“The team will be available from 3 pm – 7 pm. The event will give visitors the chance to ask questions about the development, view the types of homes on offer and explore shared ownership.
“The information event is a fantastic opportunity for the local community to come and view the range of homes we are selling with the opportunity to receive free mortgage advice from an independent advisor. Both sites are already attracting a significant amount of interest. We would encourage anyone interested to pop along and see us – we would be happy to answer any questions.”
The first homes will be ready to move into this autumn with final completion expected in spring 2024.
